Good to know
Do my customers need to install anything?
No. Messages go out from your own WhatsApp, so your customers simply get a friendly message from you.
What languages can I speak in?
Speak in English or Afrikaans, the way you normally talk. Keep saves your notes in English so they’re easy to scan later.
Does it work on iPhone?
Yes. Keep runs in your phone’s browser and can be added to your home screen on iPhone and Android, so it opens like any other app.
Is it a booking system?
It has a simple diary. Say or type a booking and Keep adds it, then offers to send a WhatsApp confirmation. Booking a customer also clears their pending follow-up, so you won’t nag someone who’s already coming in.
What happens when I hit the free limits?
Nothing breaks. Once your monthly AI allowance is used up, you can still type notes and send template messages. You only need Pro to add more than 10 customers.
Who can see my customer list?
Only you. Every record belongs to your business alone, it’s stored in South Africa, and you can delete your account and all your data from Settings at any time.
